2. Services

Agadir Discovery Tours provides guided tours, activities, and excursions in and around Agadir, Morocco. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are per person unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice for future bookings.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund.
• Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
• No-show: No refund will be issued for no-shows.
• Weather cancellations: If a tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Operator cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient participants, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Participant Responsibilities

By participating in our tours, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides
• Arrive at the designated pickup point on time
• Inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations before the tour
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the activity
• Respect local customs, culture, and the environment
• Not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs

6. Health & Safety

Certain activities (quad biking, buggy adventures, horse riding, surfing) involve inherent risks. Participants must be in good physical health. We recommend travel insurance for all participants. Minimum age requirements apply to specific activities.

7. Liability

Agadir Discovery Tours acts as an organizer and intermediary. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety:

• We are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage caused by participant negligence
• We are not responsible for delays or changes due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the participant
• Participants join activities at their own risk

8. Photography & Media

We may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your tour guide before the activity begins.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Agadir Discovery Tours and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Agadir, Morocco.
